Access GPS services so you can see where your dog has walked during our visit. For the safety of your professional and dogs, you will receive this with their report card. When service has concluded, a detailed report card, information showing where your pet has been, how they appear to be feeling, and pictures. Accuracy of GPS can vary depending on the quality of cellular service in your area & in some locations GPS may experience volotility.
Pet sitting and dog walking services are based on time, rather than per pet, so you will not be charged extra for multiple pets. Services are based on how much time is adequate for the proper care needed.

The services available between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM support your dog's evening care. With these services, your pet's routine can be covered.
Each evening service begins with an overall wellness check. Your pet will be fed dinner, their water refreshed and a walk for a potty break and to burn off their energy if your dog would like to have some outside time. Once back inside, their night will start to wind down.
You will receive a report card at the end of their evening care service. If an overnight service has been booked, you will receive your report card the next day after their morning routine is cared for. Report cards like our dog walking and drop-in services, include, pictures, GPS reporting, and details regarding your pets visit.
At the end of every service, you will receive a report card with updates. For overnight services, you will receive a report card the following morning. All other services will have report card sent same day at the end of service.
No, by having multiple parties caring for your pet increases the chances of food, medication, potty breaks being missed, even overly provided. All care must be through Dogman ATL, bringing in additional parties to care for your pet, will revoke further services from being provided.
Only single households are walked together. At this time your dog will only be walked with others from your own pack.
Though grooming services are exclusive to dogs. Cats are more than welcome to receive more feline focused level of care. If you have a cat and no dogs, please mention this when applying for an account. This will allow your application to be invited from the wait list as quickly possible.
Yes, typically if you will be away for more than a day. A minimum of 2 daily visits are required. If you have a senior or puppy, more visits are required. In order to provide your puppy with the proper care giving them the best future success, visits must be booked a minimum of 1 hour a part per month old until 6 months of age. This supports the length of time their bladder can hold before an accident. By the age of 6 months, they will have more capacity similar to an adult. This process also reduces chances of accidents in the house over their lifetime.
You can leave a set of physical keys on file. Which, remain securely stored and numerically coded in the office. If you have a digital door lock, you can add the code through your profile, do not message the code without updating your profile, it will not be recorded. Hide keys are not an acceptable means of entry. If you will not be home and none of the acceptable means of entry have been provided, services will be considered cancelled on the client's behalf.
While the prices listed for each respective service are the base fee, this guide is transparent on what will incur an additional charge and how they can be avoided.
A consultation is required prior to starting pet sitting services. This allows us to ensure we are taking the best care of your pet & home. House call consultations can be scheduled solely for us to come out to meet you & your pet and pickup any required keys. Likewise, you can schedule this as a free add on to a grooming appointment & we will start this process after the groom is completed. This fee will be applied as a discount to your first service if services are scheduled within 90 days.
If you need us to pick up or drop off a key to your home, there will be a $25 fee. To avoid this fee, you can hand us the keys during our house call consultation. You can also avoid a fee if you are present during the last service to receive the keys personally. Key drop off fees are waived only when you are ending service and will not be waived if you request the keys at the end of every service.
We add an additional holiday fee that is not discountable to any holiday which includes the day before, day of and day after any national holiday.
While we care for your animals, we understand sometimes they require a little extra time. That is no problem! If your pet(s) require extra time, we are there to assist. However, if they do require additional time, it will be invoiced and future bookings will be scheduled at the rates that best cover your pets averages so you receive the best rates going forward.
We are very careful with your pets & our focus is on a loving touch & your pets safety. Unfortunately, health events may occur that require us to rush your pet for emergency veterinary assistance. In this event, your pet will be brought to the nearest emergency clinic if your primary vet is closed or too far. You will need a card on file with your vet. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, an invoice including our emergency rush fee, will be sent to you for reimbursement.
Clients must book out at least 48 hours in advance. This allows for the best visit for everyone's pet. Last-minute booking for those that need a visit with less than 48 hours' notice. Bookings accepted less than 48 hours out will be subject to a last-minute fee.
In the event you didn't ensure your pet has enough supplies to last the duration of our visit, (such as running out of food while we are visiting for evening care services) you will be supplied through the products in the Dogman Shop. In this event, the cost of the supply plus an additional fee will be invoiced.
