All grooming rates vary from pet to pet as different coat types and conditions can affect the amount of service, time, effort and products needed to get your dogs coat to its optimal condition. Rates are billed by breed and size, we try to quote each client the lowest rate we expect however allowing your pet to become matted or going an excessive amount of time between services will typically increase your rate until a healthy schedule is maintained. Continued excessive matting or services being scheduled will increase rates permanently.

Yes, de-matting is not included in any grooming services and is typically invoiced after an appointment. De-matting can range from $25 to $170, if your dog requires a shave down due to severe matting you will be required to maintain a grooming schedule that doesn't exceed 5 weeks apart to continue receiving services. Exceeding this schedule will result in raised rates and potentially lead to not being able to book future services. While we do charge for matting, we make every effort reasonable to educate pet parents to give them the opportunity to prevent this health hazard from occurring.

All of our grooming services will maintain your dogs coat and keep them looking fresh. The service that is right for you will depend on your dog breed and your need.

Full groom- This service is a full body haircut. Whether you want to trim your dog short, or would like to grow them out, this is the service for you.  With this service we can cut off as much hair as you like as long as your dog isn't double coated. Or if you prefer to grow your dog out, we can do a light outline trim that will clean up their lines while they grow out.

Mini groom- This service is great if you want your dog's fur to grow out and don't mind their body hair appearing a little unmaintained. It is also perfect for a dog that doesn't need more than their paws, sanitary and head, or other area equal to their head, lightly trimmed.

Bath time- This is the base service to any groom. This service will fully maintain your dog's coat, minimize any shedding and give your dog's coat a beautiful fluffy appearance.

Invoices are available to be paid from the moment your appointment is confirmed via email. All invoices for scheduled services are due by 5:00 PM the day prior to service. Invoices paid after this time are subject to a $15 late fee and accrue at 1.5% interest per day until paid.

If your service has been confirmed, you will see it on the calendar in the scheduling section of your profile. All modifications must be done here and no less than 24 hours prior to the date of your scheduled services. Bookings with multiple dogs must be given no less than 48 hours. By clicking to edit your service, you can make modifications as needed. We try to accommodate everyone as best as possible, however, requests are based on availability. Requesting changes are recommended as early as possible. Do not attempt to request any of these directly with your pet professional, as requests made this way will not be accepted and can incur fees.

This can occur as another client may have requested that same time before you. If their appointment has not been processed yet, it will show as open. All openings are based on first come first serve. The nature of having a private groomer that travels to you requires us to establish service routes. You may be too far out of said days established route. We highly recommend booking all appointments in advance on either a 6- or 12-month interval to get dates that best work for you. Availability always depends on how our schedule has been setup and can also vary depending on any training, etc. we are planning to schedule so we can continue to provide high quality services.

You will need to schedule a house call consultation so we can go over all of your pets needs to ensure we are sticking as closely as possible to their typical daily routine. During this time, we will require 2 house keys. If you have a digital lock, you can add your code into your profile. This service can be scheduled as an add on to any grooming appointment free of charge or you can schedule it as a stand-alone service for $35. New clients will need to schedule this service before we can start service. This allows us to meet you & your and to learn your needs so we can see if we will be a good fit to serve you. If services are scheduled within 90 days of consultation, new clients will have the $35 fee automatically applied to their first service appointment.
